Online Return Policy:
NOTE: Returned items must be unused and still in good condition.
If you are not all the way happy with your purchase, items may be returned within 7 days, along with proof of payment. If you do not have a receipt we will accept credit or debit card receipts.
If the product you require is still available we will exchange it for you at no additionalcost. If the new item you wish to take costs less than the one you have returned then we will refund you the difference. However, if it costs more than the one you have returned we will need to take an additional payment from you.
Shipping fees, both domestic and international, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Please note that we don’t function on a cash back return policy.

Layby products made with our store are final. No refunds or exchanges will be awarded for layby items.
