DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
Glam Collections will arrange for delivery to your door. Deliveries made within Gaborone will be sent directly to your door in 2-4 working days, for orders made before 1500hr on working days. Orders made from outside Gaborone will experience an additional fee and may take longer for delivery.
LAYBY POLICY
You can layby any of our products. Clients are expected to give a 45% deposit and should pay their balance before 2 months. In the instance that 2 months laps before the balance settled accordingly, you will forfeit your layby and Glam Collections will be forced to re-shelve your items. You may contact our offices with any queries.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely happy with your product you are able to make an equivalent value exchange at our store. Please provide us with proof of payment upon arrival. Read more for detailed return policies.
